Hi, I’m Randy Kingery.
I help individuals and businesses solve problems so they can spend time focusing on the things they do best. My philosophy to problem solving is to think outside the box.
My goal is to help you achieve your goals–and get you wherever it is you need (or want) to go. I don’t work well with the one-size-fits-all approach to the law because every client and every legal issue is unique.
My Credentials
- JD, Valparaiso University School of Law, With Distinction–Accelerated Program (2003)

A little more about me.
I have been practicing law since 2004. Prior, I worked in chambers for four different judges in Illinois, Indiana, and Arizona. I’ve represented some of the largest companies and insurers in the world, and I’ve handled cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. I’ve handled cases ranging from “fender bender” property damage to wrongful death and traumatic brain injury cases.
I’ve gone to trial in both state and federal court. I’ve argued at all levels, including at the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco. If you have a civil legal issue, there is a good chance I’ve seen it before.
Let’s talk about you.
Have a legal issue I might be able to help you with? Let’s grab coffee. If my background and style interests you, let’s meet.
You can contact me via e-mail or call me at 480-322-6097.
